Carole A. Weigel, 83 yrs old., of Honey Brook, died on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at the Reading Hospital, following an illness.
Carole was born in the village of Margaretville, NY on Sunday, July 11, 1943. She was the daughter of the late Ralph and Helen (Moran) Myers. Carole was the wife of Gearld E. “Jerry” Weigel, with whom she shared 62 years of marriage.
She was a homemaker to her beloved family. Carole also worked in healthcare. She enjoyed reading, Longaberger baskets, and collecting teddy bears and Boyds bears.
Carole was preceded in death by a brother, Ralph Myers, Jr.
She is survived by her two sons, Scott and his wife Lisa Weigel of Allentown and Shawn and his wife Jackie Weigel of Chambersburg. There are six grandchildren, Alicia, Gabriella (Sam), Isabella, Garrett (Stephanie), Matthew and Gianna. Also, by a great grandson, Griffin.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at 11:00 AM from The Labs Funeral Home, Inc. 141 Pequea Ave., Honey Brook, Pa., The family will receive friends starting at 10:30 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family
