Patricia Mary Collmann
(nee Kelly)
October 11, 1948 – July 15, 2025
Patricia Collmann, known as Patt to her friends and affectionally called Tricia by her Kelly-side family, passed away peacefully at her home in Elverson, PA, on July 15, 2025. She was 76 years old.
Born in Philadelphia on October 11, 1948, to Albert and Dorothy Kelly, Patt was one of five siblings. She was preceded in death by her brother Albert and sisters Dottie and Kathy, and is survived by her brother Larry.
A dedicated mother and grandmother, Patt is survived by her husband Daniel Collmann, her children Katie, Jesse, Jeffrey, and Joshua, and her cherished grandchildren Daniel, Gabriella, Henry, Charley, Jeffrey, and Wesley. She was preceded in death by her son, Steven.
Patt spent her life in service to others. In her earlier years, she was actively involved in volunteering for her children’s schools and sports activities, as well as Relay for Life. In later years, her dedication to giving back continued through her work with Anchored Ministries, Twin Valley Food Pantry, Hope Rescue Mission, and many outreach efforts through Hopewell Church in Elverson. Her quiet generosity and unwavering commitment to others touched countless lives.
She was a woman of strong Christian faith, an avid reader, and an extraordinary cook — locally famous for her oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. Patt also helped run the family’s seasonal Collmann Christmas Tree Farm, where she found joy in welcoming families year after year.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26th at Hopewell Church, 2286 Hopewell Road, Elverson, PA 19520. The family will receive visitors at 10:00 a.m., with the service beginning at 11:00 a.m., followed by a lunch reception at the church.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Patt’s memory may be made to the American Cancer Society or one of the local organizations she supported (Anchor Ministries, Twin Valley Food Pantry, or Hope Rescue Mission).
