Dawn, my heart is broken for you and for your mom. Your dad was a very special man, and I know that you had a very special bond. This all unfolded so much quicker than anyone could have imagined. How hard this must be! Please know that I carry you in my heart and in my prayers. May you feel your Heavenly Dad’s arms embracing you and comforting you in your grief, as He is holding your dad in His eternal, loving embrace. I love you, sweet friend!

I share my sympathies with Dawn and her family. The passage of life is never an easy time, but as God has ordained, it is our doorway to heaven. Len obviously is enjoying his new eternal home! My prayer is that the absence of his skills and talents and willingness to serve will be filled with God himself, bringing comfort, encouragement, and new opportunities for younger generations to step into his shoes. May every person who was touched by his life, know the love of God in a new way.
