Jeffrey A. Cronin, of Downingtown, passed away on Sunday, March 16th, 2025, at the Penn Presbyterian Hospital. Born November 19th, 1940, in Philadelphia, Jeffrey was the son of the late John Blasband and Margaret Cronin, and the loving husband to Louise (Bell) Cronin for 62 years until her passing in 2024.
After graduating from Father Judge High School, Jeff worked as an elevator technician for Philadelphia Electric Company. He and Louise were members of the Calvary Chapel of Honey Brook, and in his free time, Jeff spent time outside either golfing or hunting. His love for his family and friends was unflinching and will be deeply missed.
Jeff is survived by three sons, Jeffrey Cronin (Sara), Brandon FL; William Cronin (Denise), Lexington, KY; Dennis Cronin (Tracy), Honey Brook, PA; and daughter, Dawn Wright (Eric), Elverson Pa; 12 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; two brothers: Tony Diehl (Karen) and, Bill Diehl and a sister, Laurie Williams-Brown.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, April 12th, 2025, at 10:00 am at Calvary Chapel of Honey Brook, 80 Village Square, Honey Brook, PA. Jeffrey and Louise’s final resting place will be at the Honey Brook United Methodist Church Cemetery.
