Linda M. (Sweitzer) Elston, 72 yrs. of Elverson, passed away at her home on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, while under the loving care of hospice and her family.
She was born on Sunday, April 8, 1951 in Reading, Pa. Linda was the daughter of the late Elmer M. and Freda M. (Beam) Sweitzer.
She was an Emergency Medical Technician, working with the Elverson EMS, Uwchlan Township EMS and Martin’s Corners EMS. She later worked as a nursing assistant at Garden Spot Village in New Holland. Linda was a graduate of the Caernarvon Township Elementary School and Twin Valley Sr. High School. She was a former member of the Elverson Fire Company. Linda enjoyed working on crafts and spending time with her beloved family.
Surviving are two sons, Dan Elston and Andy Elston both of Elverson, a brother, Gene (Daria) Sweitzer of Elverson and a grandson, Tyler Elston.
The Elston Family would like to thank the medical team members, hospice and family and friends, who was there to help and support Linda during her illness.
A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be private at the Pine Grove Cemetery in Elverson.
